Version 0.7.2
Codeblocks render correctly in Study Mode • Smarter iCloud conflict resolution, deck by deck • Safer library migration with preview and Trash net
0.7.2 · macOS, iOS
Improvements
- Smarter sync conflict resolution (macOS): Conflicts now show the affected card and deck titles with dates for each version, are grouped by deck, and can be bulk-resolved with “Keep newest” — per deck or across the whole library
- Safer storage migration (macOS): Moving your library between local storage and iCloud now shows a review of what will change before anything happens, sends replaced files to the Trash instead of deleting them, and automatically resolves conflicts created by the move itself
- Tidier deck folders (macOS): Internal bookkeeping files are now hidden in Finder wherever they’re written, leftover hidden-file flags from older versions are cleaned up, and empty leftover folders are tidied away automatically
- Home screen refresh (macOS): Updated example prompts and file-type icons in the Get Started workflows
Bug Fixes
- Study Mode codeblocks (iOS): Code blocks no longer render too tall and get cut off on iPhone — Study Mode typesetting now matches the desktop editor exactly
- Preview & import codeblocks (macOS): Card preview thumbnails and imported decks now size code blocks with the same metrics as the editor, so what you see is what you saved
- Pasted images own their files (macOS): Pasting an image element now gives the copy its own image file, fixing images that could break after the original card was deleted or when pasting across decks
- Duplicate Card keeps unsaved edits (macOS): Duplicating a card with unsaved changes on screen no longer produces a copy that’s silently missing those edits
- Honest conflict badge (macOS): The sync conflict badge now reflects actual unresolved conflicts and refreshes correctly after a storage migration
Technical Updates
- Deck statistics now self-heal when the library index is built
- New regression tests across storage migration, conflict resolution, and cross-platform rendering-metric parity
