Troubleshooting

SuperCards is still in beta! We're working on eliminating bugs as fast as we find them. You can help! If you notice something not working like it should, use the "Submit Feedback" button at the bottom of the Learning Center sidebar to submit a report.

Common Issues

Here are a few known issues and their temporary workarounds:

Image Handling

  • Image didn't upload? Occasionally, images don't upload on the first try when you use the file upload button. If this happens, simply try again and it should work.
  • Image not rendering on card face? If an image appears as a blank box or greyed-out area on the card face, try navigating to a different card and then back again. This should force the image to render properly.

Card Previews and Thumbnails

  • Card thumbnails don't reflect card content? When creating or updating cards, card thumbnails in the Card Controls modal and Library don't always update in real time. If you notice this, don't worry--the next time you quit the app and then open it again, they should be up to date.

Study Mode

  • Card content doesn't fit on the screen in Study Mode on the iOS app? Check the device selection tool in User Settings to make sure the default card size is optimized for your device model.
